– Applicant must be aged 18 years and above                   

 – A picture ID Card

– Complete and submit an Application Form                     

 –  A High School Transcript/GED/Diploma/WAEC/GCE/NECO & as required.

– Pass a Criminal Background Check (if required)       

– A Two-Step PPD or Chet X-Ray Results (as required)

– A Flu Shot during the Flu Season (as required by the clinical site)
